Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the tutoring services, diagnostic assessments, study plans, booklets, and digital resources provided by Sir Aqeel Shafiq, trading as Prestige Learning Academy ("the Academy", "we", "us"). By booking a lesson, using this website, or accessing the student portal, you ("the student", "parent", or "client") agree to these terms.

The Academy provides:

• One-to-one and small-group tutoring in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and related subjects (online worldwide and in-person in Islamabad).
• Diagnostic assessments with written reports and personalised study plans.
• Access to the student portal for assignments, progress tracking, and shared resources.
• Revision booklets and digital study materials sold through third-party platforms (e.g. Amazon Kindle).

Tutoring is an educational service. While we prepare students thoroughly, specific examination grades or results cannot be guaranteed.

• Lessons are confirmed once scheduled with the tutor and paid according to the agreed package or per-session rate.
• Fees are payable in advance for monthly packages; per-session fees are due within 24 hours of the lesson unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices may be revised with reasonable notice; existing paid packages are honoured at the rate purchased.
• The initial consultation / diagnostic discussion is free and carries no obligation.

• Please give at least 12 hours' notice to reschedule a lesson. Lessons cancelled with less notice may be charged in full.
• If the tutor cancels, the lesson will be rescheduled at no cost or credited to your account.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in the slot being released to another student.

• Unused pre-paid lessons are refundable on request, less any lessons already delivered and a small administrative deduction where applicable.
• Diagnostic assessment fees are refundable only if the assessment has not yet been generated or delivered.
• Digital products (e.g. Kindle booklets) are governed by the refund policy of the platform on which they were purchased.

• Portal accounts are issued by the tutor. Login credentials are personal and must not be shared.
• Content in the portal (assignments, notes, reports, study plans) is for the enrolled student's personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold.
• We may suspend accounts that are misused, shared, or used in breach of these terms.

All teaching materials, worksheets, reports, booklets, and website content remain the intellectual property of Prestige Learning Academy. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own study. You may not copy, publish, upload, or distribute them without written permission.

• Students are expected to behave respectfully in lessons. Abusive or disruptive behaviour may end the lesson without refund.
• For students under 18, a parent or guardian must make the booking and may be present during online sessions.
• Online lessons may be recorded only with the prior consent of both parties.

We collect only the information needed to deliver tutoring: contact details, academic level, assessment results, and progress records. This data is stored securely, is never sold, and is shared only where required to provide the service (e.g. email delivery). You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

This website is provided "as is". While we work to keep information accurate and the site available, we do not warrant uninterrupted access. Nothing on this site constitutes formal academic advice from an exam board. To the extent permitted by law, the Academy's liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the relevant service.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies from its "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance.
